Account Termination/No Ownership of Account: You understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in your Account. Biggerplay may cancel your Account and delete all User Content associated with your Account at any time, and without notice, if Biggerplay deems that you have violated these Rules, the Terms, the law, or for any other reason. Biggerplay assumes no liability for any information removed from our Site, and reserves the right to permanently restrict access to the Site or a user Account.
Monthly prize
Each month Biggerplay may give out a monthly prize of it’s choosing. The award of this prize is solely at the discression of Biggerplay, and it may be witheld for any reason. To claim any prize awarded by Biggerplay the user must have a working paypal account for Biggerplay to pay the money too, and a working email account for Biggerplay to contact them with. All communication will be in English and it is assumed that the winner will be able to understand any communication with Biggerplay. No other payment solution or provider is accepted. This paypal account will belong to the user who has registered and who has won the prize.
In the event that more then 1 user shall have the same number of tokens at the end of the month, a secret question will be emailed to the users. Whoever gets the most correct answer in the opinion of Biggerplay will win the prize. If more then 1 person gets the correct answer or closest to the right answer then the prize will be shared.
If the user does not have a working and accessible paypal and email account or Biggerplay is not able to communicate with the winner in any manner, then Biggerplay witholds the right to not award the prize and may at their own discretion award the prize to someone else or other people.
Tokens do not in any way shape or form represent real money, currency, credit or favour. Tokens are a virtual representation of the time a user has spent playing games,
and are used by Biggerplay only, as a guage to who may win a prize.
If a user is suspected of cheating or hacking to try to win the monthly prize they will not be awarded the prize, their user account will be deleted, and they will be banned from using the Biggerplay website.
A user may claim tokens on one game at a time only.
If Biggerplay decides to award the monthly prize to a registered user, Biggerplay will do so at the end of the following month.
Registered users have to have over 5000 coins to be eligible for the monthly prize.
At the start of each months all registered users tokens are reset to zero.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Biggerplay, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and website contractors harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney\'s fees, related to your violation of these Terms, including the Posting Rules, or any violations thereof by your dependents.
Privacy/Children
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to register for an Account or use other interactive features of our Site.
